Christ Church, Leyton, is an evangelical Anglican church situated
in Francis Road, Leyton, London E10.
Our ministry
At the centre of the ministry of Christ Church is an emphasis on
explaining what the Bible has to say to us today. We believe that by
teaching from Scriptures, God will gather a people who follow Jesus
Christ as their Lord and Saviour, and who live in a way that pleases
Him. Listening to what the Word of God says always challenges us to
change, but we are sure that this is God's purpose for us all and
that he will bless us as we do this. All the activities at Christ
Church are designed to help young and old to live by word and deed in
a way which fits with our claim to be followers of Jesus Christ.
Whether you want to find out more about following Jesus Christ or you
are already a committed disciple, we hope that the Christ Church
family will be a place where you can both give and receive help and
encouragement.
Finding out more
New members of the congregation are always welcome at Christ
Church. We have two morning services and an evening service each
Sunday, and meet for various activities during the week. Please click
